Delete your account
You can delete your Vesper account at any time. We delete it within 30 days of your request.
How to delete it
- In the Vesper app. Open Preferences, tap “Delete my account”, and confirm.
- On the website. Sign in on the Vesper website, open You, and tap “Ask for your account to be deleted”.
- By email. Email support@vesperafterhours.com from the email you sign in with, and say you want your account deleted.
What happens next
- That’s all you need to do. You don’t need to talk to anyone.
- Within 30 days of your request we delete your login and any photos you uploaded, and the app stops signing you in.
- We keep a record of the posts we made for you and their numbers for our own business records, no longer linked to a login.
- To remove the app’s copy of your settings and numbers from your phone, delete the app.
